Shipping & Returns

We know how exciting it is to wait for a new outfit. That’s why our fulfillment team works quickly to get your order packed and handed over to our delivery partners. Most orders are dispatched from our studio within 48 to 72 hours of confirmation.

Shipping Costs: Orders crossing ₹$499 qualify for free shipping anywhere in India. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Once your package leaves our facility, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can also monitor the journey directly from your Order History.

Sometimes things just don't fit right, and that's perfectly okay. We accept returns and exchange requests raised within 7 days of the date your order was delivered.

Conditions for a Successful Return:

• The garment must remain unwashed, unworn, and strictly in its original condition.
• All brand tags, sizing labels, and hygiene strips must remain attached exactly as they arrived.
• Please include the original packaging materials when handing the item back to the courier.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Custom-tailored outfits or altered pieces.
• Items purchased during a clearance or flash sale (unless you received a defective piece).
• Accessories and jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

How to initiate: Log into your account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the item you wish to send back. Follow the prompts to schedule a reverse pickup. Our courier partner usually arrives within 2 business days.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect it within 48 hours. Once approved, your refund is processed immediately.

• Prepaid Orders: The amount reverses back to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank account) within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): We will send you a payout link via email/SMS to collect your bank details, or we can issue the refund as store credit for your next purchase. Please note that the initial shipping fee and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
